Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone is able to celebrate in a more sustainable way with organic, local and BPA-free food. I am thankful for all the people and bounty in my life. We need to strive to live more sustainably so that others have more to be thankful for in their lives. That is a main goal of sustainability. Celebrate and give thanks!

These tubes are super handy. Our family started using them for travel, and they’ve been great. GoToobs don’t leak like some of the other travel tubes I’ve used. They are easy to fill, and the contents come out nicely. I also like the little content window to show what is inside. GoToobs come in small 1.25 fl oz, medium 2 fl oz, and large 3 fl oz.: which means they can all be used for airline travel. GoToobs are made from silicone and are BPA-free. These handy little tubes can also be used to hold sauces, condiments and such in your waste-free lunch. The lid comes off, so you can really get in there, and clean them out with hot soapy water. I have found these at Reuseit, REI, and a local store that carries organic and eco-friendly items.
Aladdin – Mini Lunchbox

Found these nice little boxes for lunch and storage. They seem like a nice option if you need a divided lunch and something that can be microwaved. The Aladdin lunchbox is BPA-free and a food safe plastic. They will be lighter then Pyrex and perfect for things that don’t do well in a bag like goulash or some other hot dish.
